In version 1.4, the OakLeaf.MM.Main.mmAppBase class still has an ApplicationName property so it should be valid to reference it.

When I first upgraded to 1.4 I had to rebuild my entire solution a couple of times for some reason. It looked like maybe the projects didn't get compiled in the correct order for some reason.
