Not sure what I am missing here: if I turn on scroll bars for a form, that is say 700 x 500, I observe the following:

1) unless an object extends over the edge of the form, scroll bars do not appear

2) if an object is over the edge, the scroll bar appears but the full object does not appear

3) if I resize the form so that the object appears, the scroll bar goes away

I can live with the scroll bars not appearing but what should I be doing so that the size of the window stays the same but the "real estate" "inside" of the window grows so that I can put more objects "inside" of it that are then visible when the user moves the scroll bar. Somehow I should not be touching THISFORM.Height or THISFORM.Width....?

This is really a conundrum...
