It is indeed legacy, but its legacy is VB. <g>

In the very earliest alphas the object model was very heavily based on VB's and Tag and Comment were two that came along for the ride. We had long & rambling discussions like "do we really need both GotFocus() and When()?" (We do!)

Tag and Comment just sorta stuck around unnoticed.
