Metin, just a suggestion,
instead of using Internet sincronisation why you didn'd put all the casiers in a Usergroup of windows that can't do anything instead of work? They must have no access to control panel, to change Date and Time put all restriction that comes to your mind. This will works if they didn't use Windows 9x :o)
