>OK, I can understand where you are coming from. Perhaps with Sedna and the ability to provide earlier feedback to the MS Fox Team we will get a little of that "alpha program". Transparency, while far from perfect, would seem to be improving for Visual FoxPro. What's done is done, the present and the future is perhaps of greater importance, at least the future can change and improve... the past is what it is.

We will see, until now I have read proclamations only, without any real change.

I have a theory, but I don't write it.

I tell you only a past history:
20 years ago, a second year of university
I frequented the CNR (center searches Italian).
Well, a teacher of Automatons and Languages
it gave me as work for the improvement of
a LISP interpreter written in FORTRAN on an IBM390.
This LISP had been written by various students,
all pasts the exam with the maximum of the votes.

Well, when I have begun to study it,
it didn't even start, and it produced errors from all the parts.

After a week of job I reached the conclusion that rewrite was simpler
instead of correcting it.
