I still think that Page was the best creatively. He had amazing technical skills, but also an incredible level of uniqueness in what he did. Houses of the Holy and Song Remains the Same are key examples of that. I've seen footage of him playing the dual neck 6 and 12 strings, and what he could do was at a new level.
