It seems to me that they occur at all times of day. There is no other forums that I use, and the other's have either similar traffic to the UT or more, that displays this message even 1/10th as often.

If you look at the members repartation while membership is worldwide the majority of the members reside in the US so the maintenance could at least be run after our time zones I think.
