goCustomer... is a memvar ( memory variable ), m.goCustomer... simply is qualified by the alias 'm' which has classically meant memvar, instead of a work area alias ( A, B, C, etc ). Thus goCustomer... is exactly the same as m.goCustomer..., except for the m. pseudo-alias.
