This is kinda worse. They already have a customized FRX developed for themselves (Pre-Printed Invoice, Sales Register Columns) now they still have something new to do. I can't include the customized (ver. 1) with the exe as that would make the exe unnecessarily bloated, plus the support staff may have made impromptu changes on site to get a thing upto speed.
