I can visualize your cake and it sounds like a work of art!
My mom taught me how to cook and bake when I was 10, and she put me in charge of pies and cakes. My German Cheese Cake is outstanding! I taught our daughter how to cook and bake and she loves to bake and decorate cakes!
I wish I had an idea about how to transport a cake of the size you described. Do you have a store where you can purchase baking instruments? Our daughter has a few favorites in San Jose, where they have all kinds of goodies. Perhaps such a store would have a suggestion?
Do you have a portfolio of your creations? It sounds like a good idea to have one if you do not. How about taking a picture of your cake and post it on the Internet? I am getting hungry thinking about this topic so keep me away! :)
