download and install their framework, there's as a signature control you can drop on forms (I've never used...).
Or you can check for MS code samples, there's (if I remember correctly) a project called PocketTaskVision (or others), which have a signature sample inside.
In this second case you have to read the code and exctract what you need....not easy as the opennetcf library.
