Yes it can run, but the behaviour is unpredictable. I remember when I upgrade my application from VFP6 to VFP8 many of computers runs under Win95. On some of them the application runs w/o any problems but in the other there was no submenus :o)
The same situation I have with Win NT4 (no metter what SP was installed).The problem was with Cyrilic fonts, on some computer all looks like super, on other no way to make the windows show the right letters. Unfortunately all computers were managed remotely from Germany, Swiss or somewhere else and I couldn't test WHY this happens. After they installed Win98 no problems at all. May be because I installed it :o)
