I am rewriting an old DOS based app (that is not Y2K compliant) that collects data and transmits files via modem. Does anyone know of either a class or third party utility that will do this for me.

By the way, the reason we are not looking to do this through the internet quite yet is because there are still too many security and access issues that have to be resolved from our point of view.

Any input would be appreciated.
