The fact that the English language is ambiguous cannot be disputed. However, it is the best language in use to help confuse and bewilder others. As an example it takes a court of law to define the meaning and intent of a contract. Another court might overturn the decision of a lower court. What does anything mean in English? It depends. What do you want it to mean?
We have more millionaires then people from non-English speaking countries. There has to be a reason. I would suggest that the ambiguity of our language has much to do with our financial success! :)
