BUG: Installshield does not install correctly in a two drive system

REQUIRED FUNCTIONALITY: For it to install to the specified target.

TESTED ON: VFP7 & VFP9

In a system with 2 Drives or Partitions, the install creates the specified directory on drive C, but creates another directory on drive D and completes the installation in that directory. The desktop icons etc point to Drive C so an exe not found error occurs.
All the registry entries point to Drive D, so it requires the contents of the Drive D to be copied back to drive C & all the registry entries changed back to Drive C.

Reported to Installshield, but they were not interested.
