The version we bought is the full version which includes excel but I haven't done anything with excel conversion yet, mostly just PDF, although I did also play around with the output to bitmap as well as the text formats. I do know that unlike other formats that follow a "flow" layout (based on the position of the textboxes in the report form) the XLS format puts the text directly into the cells.

Check out this page of the docs if you haven't already done so:

If that doesn't help then I would email them directly and ask. I had some questions and they were very helpful and gave me the answers I needed. That was a big reason I decided to go with them. Also, that their product is very current and supports VFP6-9!

I'm going to be setting up XFRX to use as a COM object with our VFP COM objects next so we'll see how it performs in that environment as well.

Another option might be to convert it to a text or data format and then import it into Excel.

-Regards!
