For VFP 9, you'll need:
vfp9t.dll,vfp9enu.dll(or whichever language you'll use),msvcr71.dll and then your vfp mtdll files including yourmtdll.dll, yourmtdll.tlb, and yourmtdll.vbr . Register vfp9t.dll and yourmtdll.dll .
