Sure, the users should be aware that two users - or two forms - editing the selfsame record can ocassionally lead to conflicts, ocasionally forcing one of the the user to undo a few changes.

Say, you open two accounts for the same person and edit address information for that person. Your first account would not show the correct information unless you implement some sort of autorefreshing...
If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
