A Ugandan goes to a bureau de change and changes his Ugandan money for $US. He notices that he get $10 less than the last time he visited the country and changed the same amount.
"Hey," he says, "how come I got $10 less than the last time I changed the same amount?"
"Fluctuations" says the teller
"Fluck to you Americans. I want my $10!" ba-da-da-bum KtshhhhHH!
