You wrote a message referring to "her" without giving us some introduction about the person. Naturally it leads to questions about who is that person, etc. You used a trick to intrigue, I guess...

UPDATE. Now I understood, that by "her" you meant that "someone". I was thinking, that this person owns a company and needs her employees to be trained.
If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
