You might want to see if you can get a copy of the beta. The ATS web application Ken Levy demonstrated at Tech Ed and Devcon shows how to modify source html from the client with administrator priveleges. He's using RDS to pull the web pages down in very small tables. Heck, he's doing stuff in IE3 that IE5 wants to do using dhtml and all the latest bells and whistles.
