If you spend your life fighting rearguard actions, then you're being beaten. "New" developers are unlikely to join a side that is being beaten. So we're a pack of die-hards living up to our name.<g>
The suggestion elsewhere that the word "foxpro" in a Tech Ed title turned people off, is a significant issue imho. The bright young thinks don't wanna know.
