As fast as I finish one message/reply to you, and send it, I get the next :-) I'm honoured that of the 1000s of messages you've bothered to devote so much time to mine. :-)

Never heard of anything like that happening in the UK, even in Scotland.

>There were over 1000 unread messages when I came in today. I didn't touch my computer at home because it was just too uncomfortable sitting up and leaning over the system as I tend to do. I have a great chair actually designed by a doctor, but don't sit back in it like I'm supposed to. I'm skimming messages! :o) We have those reflectors on almost all roads in North Carolina. I've seen the tops of them chipped off but I've never seen the entire piece break off (including the under the surface portion). I actually watched a show on CBS (60 minutes I think) some time ago that covered the problem with them flying through the air and damaging vehicles. They think many of the incidents where cars are suspected of being hit with rocks are actually due to those reflectors popping up and flying through the air and hitting a vehicle's windshield.
