Try setting keyPreview = .t. on the form.

>I have a form that includes, among other objects, grids. When the form gets focus, the kaypress events for the form fire properly. But if onw of the grids on the form gets focus, the keypress events fail to file and the cursor pointer disappers when a key is pressed. If have set the keypress method to dodefualt() for the grids and grid columns. What am I missing? TIA.
