Just curious, are you of hispanic origin? I ask because I have a few Puerto Rican friends and they all eat chicken and rice for lunch and dinner almost everyday. I never saw that in any of the central american countries I visited though. There they ate alot of rice, beans and plantain.

I love baked/grilled chicken and brown rice. Nice blend of protein and complex carbs.

But I'm not a bean fan (OK, maybe Boston Baked Beans) ;)
