I heard the same thing, from a number of conference attendees. And that's a legitimate fear. Unless it's a RTFM query, people should be encouraged to ask questions. How else do they learn? How else to we find out where people are having trouble?
"Question authority" - that's been getting me into trouble since Sunday school!
