The biggest problem is the conversation usually starts off technical & ends up in anarchy. I don't know how to control that <s>. A friend of mine told me that on Compuserve (ugh) he only follows a thred for 3 or 4 replies & after that the message thread usually deteriorates. I would say the same thing here.

Yes there are some threads I wish that would go away <s> but seem to go on forever after deterioration. The two points I would like to state are that I do not know how to control the length of deteriorating threads & second, no matter what service you use (& I mean every service) you will run into the same thing.
