Open the Tools/options in the VFP menu.
Shift-click the OK button. All the settings (including some that are stored in the registry) will be echoed to your command window. Copy and paste from there into your config.fpw - and then just start playing with it. What settings do you really need, what settings are just plain wrong for you etc etc.
I have a total two config.fpw files - and the only difference is the codepage; if I want to have the tables that I create in my language or in English.
