Hey Tracy!

I'm glad to hear you're getting better. Sorry about the car.

Yeah, when one's injured is when one realizes how much that injured musle, bone, or whatever is really used. I've cracked my ribs three times in mi life and it's amazing how important they are for laughing, coughing, sneezing, and lying comfortably in bed (it's very hard to lay down with a cracked rib - I can't begin to imaging one that's actually broken).

Get better!

Alex

>Thanks for the good wishes Alan. It really amazes me how neck problems affect you. When laying down flat I cannot sit up straight because your neck muscles are used for that (I didn't realize that until I strained mine in the accident). I see a physical therapist as well as a chiropractor everyday and I'm fine until about 4:30pm when sitting at my desk all day programming takes it toil and I can no longer turn my neck anymore. I laughed when the adjuster said that at least I wouldn't have to worry about not being able to work as I normally do since I spend at least 75% of my time behind a desk. Little do people know...
