I am creating a crystal report using multiple detail sections.

Detail a
Detail b

Example: Just say the report hits 2 records.
When the report runs it display the data as follows

Detail a AAA
Detail b BBB

Detail a AAA
Detail b BBB

I would like it displayed as follows

Detail a AAA
Detail a AAA

Detail b BBB
Detail b BBB

Does anyone have a way to accomplish this? I have tried the different "Keep Together" toggles, but those don't seem to keep the details section separate. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
