We have two Zebra 4M 300 dpi label printers in the office, installed on two machines. One prints fine, however the other one prints blanks, except during the test. The one that prints has an older version of the driver for W2K, and we've tried several drivers, including third-party (from nicelabel.com ), and whatever we try, it either errors out, or prints blanks.

The other printer works even when printing through the network. This one, for a while it was printing a blank first label, and then it would print fine until any other printing device was addressed.

You've guessed it, we can't find the driver which is on the machine where it works fine, and the newer driver is misbehaving.

The printing method we use is Excel automation. Even printing directly from Excel works just the same - blank.

Does anyone have a clue as to where to start looking?
