I have already install latest MDAC because I thought it is MDAC problem but the problem still occur.
I have also tried to reboot the server several time.

BTW, the db server is setup with transactional replication.
The problem occurs in the publication db server. The distribution database also in the said db server.

My other db server that have replication setup does not encounter the said problem.
