Exactly what I thought when they told me that it takes 5 minutes. Way too much time. It is possible that the person who was telling me was exaggerating and translating his "perception" into minutes. But the bottom line, the customer is not happy and I have to do something. I have just changed the query and sent them and update. If this does not improve the speed I will follow your suggestion and have them run a check on the table header.
