If some reports work on the client's computer and just one report doesn't work, I don't think it is an issue with the computer brand.
It is probably an issue with that particular report and the client's printer (printer driver).

Are you using the same printer as the client? Does the client have the latest printer driver installed for his/her/their printer(s)?
Does your client use a Lexmark printer? The reason I am asking that is because I have had a lot of problems deploying reports to clients using Lexmark. It has something to do with the minimum margins allowed on a Lexmark printer.

Do you have CR6 or CR8 installed on your computer? Does the report work on your computer if you install CR8?
