Hi Jess -- no, the launcher automatically copies the new exe to local machine (with a splash message or wait window for few seconds while copy occurs)...

Note that an exe on a workstation will in theory load slightly faster without network transfer overhead. As far as C/S applicability, our workstations here are faster than any servers, so the more we do on them, the better...doesn't mean you can't do 3-tier, though...
