i c i need to use [date]... however i'm just new to Database Server (moving from native VFP database) and VFP databases doesnt have any problem with the confusion (such as : select * from x where date >= dDate)..and in SQL Server Express it didnt make any errors.
Is there any more pitfalls i have to know? firebird seems not to allow indexes of the same name even when those are of different tables..such as when i index a date field on table x, i wouldn't be able to index a date field on table y.
is this normal?
