Al,
FRX2Any will convert reports (you did send me yesterday) perfectly correct, if:

1. you will change in report "Page Setup" option "Print Aria" from "Printable Area" to "Whole Page" OR
2. you will change Page size of your report from "A4" to "Legal" OR
3. you will decrease Height of the "Page Header Band"

The only reason I see FRX2Any does not convert report properly - is the "Page Header Band" height, which is bigger then printable area of the Page (you did mention about "programmatically hacked FRX", is that what you meant?)
