It is not an ActiveX control but a utility that captures the screen when a hot key is pressed. It has options to capture the entire desktop, the active window, or a selected rectangle. Best of all it comes with C source code. I plan to disect it and build my own ActiveX control. Microsoft has done a pretty good job of keeping this one secret. The first copyright date is 1991.
