I agree. What I didn't think about was the Enabled property. Visible = .F. doesn't mean that the object shouldn't respond to events. In fact, back in the old FPD/FPW days, I use to set the visible state on some controls to .F. precisely to allow a user to do something like click on a label and have it activate a dialog.
