I was using Notepad, but couldn't control font from the VFP side *laugh*. That was my whole reason for using the MODIFY FILE, and trying to have more control over it. *smile*

I think I was just using a non-TrueType font on a printer that didn't like that. Courier New works great on my machine and the user who will be utilizing this tool.
