Good luck in your campaign. It would be heartening for a change to see a zero tolerance candidate win. Won't ever happen in my neck of the woods, that is for sure. We just keep annexing in Fayetteville in order to bring our stats down. As long as the population grows, the crime rate percentage goes down. We just annexed 27 square miles and 43,000 residents:
