If the user types a partial date and clicks somewhere else I get the old "Invalid Date" wait window and it jumps to the code in whatever control they clicked without firing the valid and lost focus.

In this case the error that was occuring was because the user was pressing an add button.

I've found the StrictDateEntry property but the problem is that now the user would be forced to put in delimiters.

Is there a better solution to this problem?
