I've tried printing to a PostScript printer, outputting to a file (.PS) then converting to .JPG using GhostScript. This method has the same problem as current versions of XFRX and FRX2Any. This leads me to believe that *any* printer driver will have the same problem, whether direct-to-.JPG or not.

Somehow native VFP6 is handling associated .MSK files properly, and everything else is not.
