Why are you trying to do this?? If it is to use the DBF as a data store for the .Net app then use XML or an Access Table or tell Hank that the correct driver must be installed. I can give you the code to create an access table on the fly in .Net and I would think that the oledb jet provider is shipped with win2k.
If you have to use a DBF because of a foxpro app that is also running then that would mean that the Foxpro runtimes would have to be installed on the machine. In that case you could probably create a com object in visual fox that could create the table and do whatever else you may have to do.
