I guess so. Actually this ActiveX does return the SQL statement being used in the report but that is without the parameters being populating. So when in the future there is a change in the SQL the whole thing has to be done twice, so I was trying to avoid it.

Anyway Cetin and I are having an interesting was to go about this in the thread #1057851 just in case you are interested in the progress. It is about creating a tiny exe just for the OCX purposes.
