...I had the user do a search at the command prompt on each of the machines. This is what he found (in the order found)...

Machine #1 (where it fails)
directory c:\program files\Microsoft Office\Office10
2/1/01 11:32 pm 114688 bytes
directory c:\windows\system32
10/11/05 12:53 pm 89600 bytes (the one installed when I loaded the program)

Machine #2 (works fine)
directory c:\winnt\system32
10/11/05 12:53 pm 89600 bytes (the one installed when I loaded the program)
directory c:\program files\Microsoft Office\Office
1/14/00 11:07 pm 111544 bytes

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
