Since I haven't run into anything like this before, I'm a little lost. I gave this a shot on my machine...Start, Run, regsvr32 mscal.ocx, Enter. It returned a message: "DllRegisterServer in mscal.ocx succeeded". However, since this was never a problem on my machine I'm not sure if I typed in all the correct parameters I will need to make sure it's correct on their machine. I greatly appreciate your patience.
