You should have the printer driver installed so you can base the lable on that. I recently designed a label form for a Dymo label printer and I needed the driver for the design environment. I had similar problems to yours until I got the driver installed on my machine. I am assuming that the Zebra printer is similar. After you get the driver, then you can experiment with the layout more successfully.

>I want to design a label that I will be printing on a Zebra printer. Label's size is w:2 and h:6. Paper size is set to the size of the label. The problem is that I need to print the label rotated for 90 degrees. Doing landscape setting on the printer does not help because all fields are still printed horizontally. Rotating every field in the report might help but because in design mode fields are positioned horizontally is not going to be enough space for all fields.
