It may go higher than that. It has a real nicely groomed yard and a great swimming pool. I'd say it would go 900K and or more in California.
I live in San Bernardino county in a 1800 sqft home I bought about 15 years ago for 400K. I can sell it for about 850K now. I'll some day I'll sell it and move to Colorado. I can't wait 'til retirement. :)
