Oh the first elem. type, I had meant the type of parameter or property for "Report Manager", sorry about that. And I have just successfully passed the array to the VSORM.exe, thanks to your ideas.

Now I will just have to interpret the array into populating the ActiveX. I was loosing hope yesterday with the variables converted to strings but now it is revive and I think I can see the light at the end of the tunnel.
